Lauren has over a decade of competitive dance experience, training in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, tap, and musical theater at Liberty Dance Center (2010-2023) and Aspire Dance Center (2023-2025). She has received recognition at major competitions, including being named a Senior Dancer of the Year Finalist and Lyrical Category Winner at Rainbow Dance Competition, earning top overall awards at Precision Arts and EPIC Dance Competition, and being a Senior Scholarship Finalist at Tremaine Dance Conventions.
