Rylie Flatt has been dancing since the age of 2 at Moves Dance Studio in North Aurora, IL. Throughout her time spent with Moves she has earned numerous awards and scholarships including an offer to the Joffrey Ballet Contemporary and Jazz Year-Round Program, a $40,000 scholarship towards AMDA tuition, as well as multiple judges choice awards for her performance and technique. Rylie also placed 3rd in Illinois at the Illinois Drill Team Association 2023 State Finals with her self-choreographed contemporary solo “Still Don’t Know My Name”, making her the first West Aurora High School student to place at state for dance. She continues to leave her mark on her community by teaching dance to children ages 18 months to 14 years for 3 seasons now. She has trained in many styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, modern, tap, and even bollywood.
