Sophia has been dancing for 15 years and has been trained in many styles including poms, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and tap. Sophia competed on her high school varsity team all 4 years, where she was the captain her junior and senior year. She has received two All Americans through UDA, along with coaches award, MVP, and showmanship at NBW. She was a state qualifier for her solo, and her team made it to state every year. Sophia’s senior year, her team was regional and state championships in hip hop, received second place at regionals for pom. Her team took both dances to nationals, where they received national championships in both hip hop and pom. ​
